Where can you find love in PH
by admin in Uncategorized
MANILA, Philippines – If you are a woman in your 30s looking for a male partner of the same age in the Philippines, you will most probably find him in Region IV-B or the Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan), at least according to the National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB).
NSCB released its "Sexy Statistics" days before Valentine’s Day in an effort to show which parts of the country have the highest ratio of single males to single females, and vice versa.
The figures, sourced from the National Statistics Office’s 2007 census, showed that there are plenty of 30- to 39-year-old single males in Region IV-B — 230 for every 100 single females of the same age, or a ratio of 2:1.
This is followed by Region II or Cagayan Valley with 192.3 bachelors for every 100 females, Region V or Bicol (190.6), Region VIII or Eastern Visayas (188.8) and the Caraga Administrative Region (186.1).
Women in their 30s have the slimmest chance of finding a mate their age in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), with only 104.6 single males for every 100 single females, or a ratio of 1:1.
The same thing applies when 30-something ladies are looking for younger (10 to 29 years old) or older (40 to 59 years old) romantic partners, NSCB said. If they want someone who is much older (60 years old and above), the best place to look is at Region VIII while competition may be tough in Metro Manila.
Below are the other details of the report:
Females
This table shows where single females can have more luck with finding a male partner. Screenshot from NSCB’s website Girls aged 10 to 19 will have the best chance of finding a single mate their age in Region VIII. Metro Manila is a great place for them to find a partner aged 20 to 49, while Region VI or Western Visayas is a good place to start when looking for a much older man (50 years old and above). Competition is tough in Region IV-B and ARMM.
Single ladies aged 20 to 29 will most likely find a mate with the same age or younger (29 and below) in Region IV-B. Older partners (30 years old and above) are aplenty in Region VIII, while competition may be tough in Metro Manila and ARMM.
Women in their 40s can more easily find partners aged 20 to 29 years old in ARMM. Another good place to look is in Region IV-B (10 to 19 years old, and 30 to 59 years old). They may have a hard time looking for a mate in Metro Manila.
Older women (50 years old and above) may still find luck in love in ARMM, Region XI or Davao Fake Watches, Caraga, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Region VIII, but not in Metro Manila and regions I and VII or Negros Oriental.
Males
This table shows where single males can have more luck with finding a female partner. Screenshot from NSCB’s website Boys aged 10 to 19 will have plenty of luck finding single girls in Metro Manila (10 to 59 years old), while they can more easily find an older partner (60 years old and above) in Region I. They may not be as lucky getting a girlfriend in regions VIII, IV-B and ARMM.
Twenty-something males will most likely find a younger mate (10 to 19 years old) in Region IV-B. Metro Manila is a great place for them to find a partner their age and older (20 to 49 years old), while regions VII and I are ideal if they want older women (50 to 59 years old and 60 years old and above, respectively). They may have a hard time looking for a female partner in ARMM and in the CAR.
Males in their 30s will most probably find a female partner their age or younger (39 years old and below) in ARMM, while Metro Manila, Region VII and Region I are good places to find older mates (40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and above, respectively). Competition may be tough in regions VIII, IV-B, XI and Caraga.
Like 30-something males, older men (40 years old and above) may find luck in love in ARMM, Metro Manila and Region I, but not in regions VIII, IV-B and XI.
NSCB made it clear, though, that finding love "is not just about computing probabilities and knowing your competitors," so women and men should not be too obsessed with the figures it just released.
"Looking for a partner is an exploration of one’s values and learning to extend love infinitely," the agency said.

(Corrects story that ran Jan. 26 to remove reserve from headline, first paragraph and say before dividend payments in second paragraph.)
Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) — Argentina’s central bank said it is raising capital requirements for financial institutions to comply with international standards.
Argentine banks will be required to hold an extra 75 percent of their minimum capital requirements before dividend payments from the current 30 percent, the bank said today in an e-mailed statement. Buffetts NetJets Widens Lufthansa Ties for Private
by admin in Uncategorized
By Mary Jane Credeur and Andrew Frye
(Updates with sample pricing in seventh paragraph.)
Jan. 23 (Bloomberg) — NetJets Inc., the private-aircraft company owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc., deepened a partnership with Deutsche Lufthansa AG to offer private jet service to 3,000 North American airports.
The accord expands an agreement now in place to serve 1,000 destinations in Europe. The target market is wealthy travelers flying from Europe, and passengers can book just one trip, a smaller commitment than typically required for most charter-jet flights, said Martin Riecken, a Lufthansa spokesman.
“The beauty for the customer is he can book a trans- Atlantic flight from Europe to the U.S.” on a Lufthansa jet and then schedule a domestic flight leg, Riecken said today in a telephone interview.
Customers will have a dedicated service team to book flights, ground transportation and in-flight food and drink, Cologne, Germany-based Lufthansa said in a statement. Passengers can also get personal transfer service when connecting from overseas flights on Lufthansa planes to a private jet flight, plus access to airport lounges in 21 North American cities.
The Lufthansa-NetJets North American partnership will compete with services such as Delta Air Lines Inc.’s Delta Private Jets, which offers blocks of flight time as short as 10 hours that can be used on multiple trips.
The cost of a NetJets flight varies by length of flight and size of aircraft, Riecken said.
Super Bowl Flight
For example, chartering a four-person plane to Indianapolis, site of the National Football League’s Super Bowl on Feb. 5, from New Jersey’s Teterboro airport near New York would be $10 Watches Replica,800, Riecken said. The same trip on an eight- passenger jet would be $13,488, he said.
Delta’s hourly pricing can range from $4,750 to $11 Fake Watches,900, according to its website.
Lufthansa Private Jet passengers will earn 10,000 frequent- flier miles per flight leg, while NetJets will operate the flights with planes such as a seven-passenger Hawker 400XP or a 14-person Gulfstream G550, Lufthansa said in the statement.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Lufthansa on the expanded Lufthansa Private Jet product and provide travelers access to the convenience and flexibility of flying privately with NetJets,” Adam Johnson, president of sales, marketing and service for NetJets North America, said in an e-mailed statement.
NetJets Turnaround
NetJets, which Berkshire purchased in 1998, became “the major problem” for the Omaha, Nebraska-based parent in 2009 as the recession made it more difficult for the unit to fill planes, Buffett said in that year’s annual report.
Buffett replaced NetJets founder Richard Santulli with David Sokol, and the unit returned to profit after firing pilots and writing down the value of aircraft.
Buffett promoted Jordan Hansell to chief executive officer of NetJets in 2011, giving the unit its third leader in less than two years. Sokol, a former Berkshire energy executive, resigned last year.
Last March, NetJets agreed to buy as many as 120 planes from Bombardier Inc., including 50 firm orders with a retail price of $2.8 billion and deliveries beginning in 2017. NetJets has access to 750 jets worldwide.

Aquino to raise revenue, cut spending
by admin in Uncategorized
TARLAC, Philippines – Sen. Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III, on course to win the Philippine presidential race Fake Watches, said on Tuesday he will work at cutting unnecessary spending in the national budget and increase perennially weak tax revenue.
Aquino, son of democracy icon Corazon "Cory" Aquino, also said he was not in favor of raising the rate of consumption tax, adding the government needs to raise more revenue from taxes already in place.
Raising revenue also entails going after smugglers and tax evaders, he said.
"We have to do away with the frivolous items of this government," Aquino told Reuters in an interview at a museum devoted to his parents inside the family estate in Tarlac province north of Manila.
"Before we start imposing new taxes, we should be collecting the taxes that are already there," he said regarding a proposal from Finance Secretary Margarito Teves to raise the consumption tax rate.
Financial markets were set for a boost on Tuesday after national elections delivered the result many investors hoped for — a decisive and credible victory for presidential frontrunner Aquino.
Technical problems with a new automated system of voting and results tallying forced many to wait for hours to cast their ballots in Monday’s polls — including Aquino himself who faced a 4-hour delay. But fears of a wholesale failure of the election due to technical problems or violence failed to materialize.
An unofficial tally with 57% of votes counted showed Aquino well in front with 40.6%, ahead of former President Joseph Estrada in second place with 25.7%, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said.
That was in line with opinion polls which gave Aquino a commanding 20-point lead.
Comelec put turnout at 75% — 10 points lower than forecast but still high enough to dispel concerns the polls to elect Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s successor would lack credibility.
The broadly successful ballot — despite technical problems Replica Watch, shootings and bombings in some remote areas and allegations of vote buying — is a relief for domestic financial markets that feared a failed vote above all other outcomes.
That, along with a bounce in global markets on the rescue package for the Euro zone, was set to lower the risk premium priced into Philippine assets when local markets reopen on Tuesday, with attention turning to Aquino’s policy agenda and in particular how he plans to get the fiscal deficit under control.
"If all goes smoothly and the president is proclaimed on time, I think the market will react positively," said Barclays Capital economist Prakriti Sofat in Singapore.
"However, market participants will be keen to hear the strategy of the next government to address fiscal concerns."

MANILA, Philippines – What would you think if you see a woman who wears sexy clothes dancing and climbing a pole?
A taboo perhaps for many, especially for Filipinos.
Contrary to what others believe Replica Watch, pole dancing is not just for strip clubs, said veteran dancer Ed Aniel, who aims to wipe out the stigma attached to the performance art.
Aniel, who began his dancing career at age 18, introduced pole dancing as a form of exercise in the country by founding the Pole Academy Philippines (PAP) in 2007.
He has 2 other senior instructors: Eisa Jocson and Merry Farnal-Ballinger.
Asked who can join his classes, Aniel said, "Sex, age, height and weight don’t matter. As long as you are willing to learn and you are passionate about it, you can enroll in our pole dancing classes."
Pole dancing as fitness craze
Geri Gatchalian-Gil, managing director of PAP, said pole dancing is fast gaining popularity in the Philippines as a way to get fit.
She said students initially enroll in their classes as an alternative to gym sessions.

"But eventually, they enjoy going to the classes especially since we don’t just do tricks on the pole. We have dance numbers every night at the end of the class," she said.
Gatchalian-Gil, a 42-year-old mother of two, said she first had inhibitions in showing some skin, but this changed after enrolling at PAP.
The academy, she said, helped her learn not only to pole dance but also to express herself better.
"Some actually lose weight from pole dancing, and even tone their muscles in the arms, legs and abs," she said.
True enough, PAP students shared that attending pole classes under Aniel "brought out the goddesses in them."
With pole dancing gaining ground in the Philippines, Aniel dreams of elevating it to the stage and showing the public his "hybrid style" of theatrical pole art.
"Pole dancing is an art form. At PAP, we call our brand of pole dancing as ‘Jazz Le Pole,’ a combination of jazz, ballet and pole dancing, which sets our school from other pole dancing schools in the country," he said.
PAP has classes at Arts in the City (FVR Park, 26th Street corner 7th Avenue, Fort Avenue, Taguig City) and Unit 312 Jaio Building (#2 Timog, Quezon City). For inquiries Fake Watches, visit PAP’s website and Facebook page.

How to run properly
by admin in Uncategorized
MANILA, Philippines – Running is increasingly becoming a popular form of exercise nowadays Fake Watches, especially as more companies and non-profit organizations are conducting fun runs as fund-raising activities.
If done properly, running can lower the risk of heart problems and other stress-related illnesses Fake Watches, numerous studies showed.
It also helps lose weight, improves stamina and increases bone density, which helps prevent osteoporosis.
So what is the proper way to run?
Coach Rio de la Cruz shared these tips in an interview on ABS-CBN’s "Salamat Dok" on Sunday:
Stay relaxed. Let your shoulders drop, and breathe properly. Keep your elbows bent at a 90-degree angle, fists open. Stiff shoulders and closed fists may cause muscle contractions.
Keep it natural. Don’t force your movements. Swinging your arms unnecessarily, for one, will only drain your energy without making you go any faster.
Remember the midline. Don’t make the common mistake of letting your arms go beyond the middle part of your body while running.
Look straight ahead. Instead of looking down, keep your chin up while running.
Keep your feet happy. Wear the proper footwear while running. There are several kinds of shoes available for people with normal, flat or high-arch feet.

Melanie Amaro Winner Of X Factor Usa What’s Next
by admin in Uncategorized

Picture: Whitney Houston 2011 Pre-Grammy Gala and Salute to Industry Icons honoring David Geffen – Arrivals Los Angeles Fake Watches, California ….
Melanie Amaro Winner Of X Factor Usa: What’s Next For The 19-Year-Old?
Melanie Amaro took the inaugural ‘X Factor US’ crown last night (December 22, 2011), beating out rocker Josh Krajcik into second place with crooning Chris Rene in third place. Amaro subsequently walks away with the $5 million recording contract – but where does that leave the 19 year-old singer who during the competition was compared to the likes of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey? Although this is the first season of ‘The X Factor USA,’ its predecessor American Idol has seen a varying degree of success for its winners and other alumni. The show’s very first winner Kelly Clarkson, back in 2002, has of course gone on to huge pop fame, clocking three platinum selling albums, two of which were US Album number ones. Her fifth album ‘Stronger’ reached number two in the US this year. 2005 winner Carrie Underwood, meanwhile, has gone on to storm the world of country music, having taken five Country Music Association Awards and 11 from the Academy Of Country Music Awards, among many others, in her career. It’s not been all good for past winners though, Taylor Hicks enjoyed initial success in 2006 with his self-titled release going platinum, only for follow up, 2009’s ‘The Distance’, to limp to 58 on the US Charts with sales of little more than 50,000. Kris Allen, winner in 2009, has also received muted success, his debut missing the US top 10 and selling only 80,000 copies. However, at the moment the judges – and the public – certainly seem to think Amaro has what it takes for a successful career.
